Easy location with an underground station close to the hotel. Fabulous food in the restaurant, above average breakfast with local products and usual meal, for instance.

The location is convenient, being so close to the Mall of the Emirates, great for shopping, and also near Carrefour supermarket. It's wonderful to have an a la carte restaurant for meals other than breakfast.

It has brand-new and beautifully presented rooms to offer with a sofa, a huge basin, for example. The location is central.

Family queen suite was well-kept and functional in good condition. Well-trained staff who assisting me to for transportation and taxi luggage madonna and Nestle for check out, and provided a family atmosphere. The location was perfect - just next door to Mall of Emirates and rail, taxi and metro station and the business center. The a la carte restaurant for meals other than breakfast was the best part.

The reception staff members are friendly, the rooms are spacious and modern, with a large sink, and the housekeeping service is attentive.

Spent a good 8 nights at this hotel and would recommend it. The property was beautifully designed. The hard-working staff assisted us with transportation, taxi luggage, check out, and more. Only stayed 8 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this well-designed hotel. Extremely helpful and very responsive staff team with good service and kept the venue clean. Also, location was excellent, not too far away from Threads & Tailors.

The rooms at this place were sparkling new and had everything we needed, like a separate toilet and a cozy carpet. Plus, the location was super convenient, only 16 miles from the airport ✈️.

The breakfast was above average for all taste, and the staff were very responsive. The hotel was in the central setting easy to get taxi. Moreover, it's just next door to building-restaurant and bar as well as the mall of Emirates for all kind of shopping.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options. I particularly enjoyed the omelets although the scrambled eggs needed improvement. The basement parking garage was convenient and the location of the hotel was great for accessing the Mall of the Emirates. I would recommend Novotel Suites for a budget-friendly stay.

The property was pretty standard with attentive staff especially to the receptionist Ms Ann. I stayed here before, always unique and bright rooms with adequate space. The location was stunning and ideal, not too far from Magic Planet Recreation Center. Stores and boutiques were right next door.

Really enjoyed the family suite with the safety box and the seperate toilet and curtains in between I was given.

It was in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, close to an underground station. All the employees were well-trained and highly professional.
